Thanksgiving RipTip Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by RipTip Co., LLC, Lakewood, Colorado (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of:

• United States, and

• European Union member countries, excluding France and Italy due to local promotional restrictions.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, distributors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on November 17th, 2025 12:00pm EST and ends on December 1st, 2025 11:59pm EST  (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

Each order placed during the RipTip 2025 Annual Holiday Sale earns one entry into the giveaway.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.”

Each eligible letter counts as one entry.

5. Prize(s)

One or more winners will receive the prize(s) described in the Giveaway announcement (“Prize”).
Approximate retail value (ARV):$500

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made unless Sponsor chooses otherwise.

6. Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Giveaway Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be notified via email within 3 days after selection.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for messages going to spam, filtered inboxes, or unread DMs.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, username, likeness, and content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Release of Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor from any and all liability, including but not limited to:
injury, loss, damage, shipping issues, customs delays, inaccuracies, or claims arising from participation or acceptance of the Prize.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or any factor outside Sponsor's control.

11. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
