Return/Refund Policy

The RipTip Co. LLC, dba “RipTip” and “riptip” (“RipTip”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) wants you to be fully satisfied with every Product that you purchase from www.theriptip.com (“Site”).  


Unless otherwise set forth herein, all sales are final. If you are unsure of how a product will look, please contact us for more information and product pictures before placing your order. Your use of the Site in order to purchase products indicates your agreement to follow and be bound by this Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions.


In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for email us at  info@theriptip.com within 14 days of receipt, with the following information:  

  1. Please place in the subject of your email “RETURN”;

  2. a photo of the defected item; 

  3. a photo of the packaging as you received it; and

  4. a copy of your invoice.


After we have received the above information, we will determine the status and arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you, if that's the outcome of our review. RipTip does not provide refunds and will only offer a replacement product as expressly set out in this Return Policy.


Important: Every product is quality-checked before it departs our facility. Unfortunately, sometimes Products may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration if this occurs. Please fully inspect each item in your order before use for any damage in transit, as we are not able to replace or provide a refund for used items.


Please note: you may be required to send the item back using a return slip provided and paid for by us. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until otherwise notified. Merchandise reported after 14 days of receipt will not be eligible for replacement. Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.
