After receiving numerous alerts from our international customers and supporters (many from the UK), we have investigated the issue and have determined the cause to be new customs requirements. These requirements were likely imposed prior to the March 1, 2023 date that the changes were to take place.
We have made the necessary changes across our organization to do our part to avoid this from continuing to happen. Specifically, you will notice that we are providing a much more detailed content description on your customs forms / commercial invoices to better identify the items inside.
For customers who are still waiting on their packages, the World Customs Organization notes that the recipient of the package should receive a notification containing further instructions. Alternatively, please contact your local post office for advice.
